We offer a variety of classes, workshops and healing opportunities to help you heal, grow and live life to your fullest potential.  We offer many opportunities for women, including shaman-training, sweat lodges, and healing circles.

The Reiki Journey is unique for each person.  At REHC we offer many different levels of Reiki for one to become initiated to on their Reiki Journey.  There are many offerings throughout the year for one to get to their desired level of training.  The most important person to listen to is the ‘self’ when deciding how quickly to travel the path.  Reiki attunement processes can, and often do, lead to deep healing and spiritual growth. 

REIKI REFRESH

We also offer our students the opportunity to ‘refresh’ any level they desire to become the best reiki practitioner they can be.  If you have trained with another Reiki teacher and hold your training certificate, we offer a discount on the tuition fees.  If you have taken the class previously with REHC there is NO charge to retake the class.  Once attuned to a level of Reiki, one can be re-attuned as often as they feel called.  We highly recommend past students to join us in the practice of Reiki Masters learning to attune.  It is so much fun and refreshing. 

REIKI SHARE

This is a time when ART and Master students offer out Reiki to others.  Any level of Reiki Practitioner may join us in this offering.  This is a great opportunity for those who want to know more about reiki to ask questions and receive a treatment free. 

REIKI WITH ANIMALS

Our furry and winged friends love Reiki as well.  If your path is with the four legged, we will show you how to use Reiki on these special friends.

REIKI FOR CAREGIVERS

Reiki is essential for those who work with others in need.  (Dr., Nurse, CNA, Physical Therapist, Massage Therapist, Teachers, Customer Service, etc)  Reiki is beneficial to those who have needy coworkers.  Learning how to change your energy and have an unlimited source to pull from will keep you healthy, mentally, physically and spiritually.  Major cause of career change is burnout.  Learn how to keep yourself full.

AGES

What is the perfect age to learn Reiki?  The time you are called to come.  We offer more Kids classes in the summer time.  Children are naturals at Reiki, often they only need a bit of encouragement to keep them going.  Reiki attunements are beneficial for the dying to help them cross over the bridge.  It helps to ease physical pain and calm the anxiety of the mind.

Reiki improves your overall wellness, it never depletes your own energy, and with each treatment you give, you fill yourself.  It is a win-win.  Reiki is very simple to learn and is easily integrated into other wellness modalities.

REIKI MASTER/TEACHER COURSE
Must have completed all three levels of Reiki Training.  Training begins in ART.  Accomplished and documented training and practice hours. Fully attended and participated in Training, including holding a Reiki class with attunements.  The path of being a Reiki Master/Teaching is a calling.  Please contact us for more details and a consultation.

Karuna Reiki

Karuna Reiki is a journey into “Compassionate Action.”  A calling to dedicate the merit of our lives as healers to end the suffering of the world.  Karuna Reiki incorporates 8 Sanskrit symbols, chanting, toning, and drumming into a healing session.  Karuna Reiki is offered to those who have enthusiastically completed their ART training.

To be eligible for the Karuna Master/Teacher Training.  Usui Master/Teacher training must be completed.

The Meaning of Karuna

Karuna is a Sanskrit word and is used in Hinduism and Buddhism. It is translated to mean any action that is taken to diminish the suffering of others and could also be translated as "compassionate action." When individuals experience enlightenment, they report that all beings are known as one. Therefore, it is natural to extend compassionate action or Karuna to everyone without distinction because we are all one. As we help others and aid them in their healing process, all beings benefit. Because of the oneness of all beings, it is understood that Karuna is not only extended to others out of love, but also because it is an entirely logical thing to do. In the same way that you would want to heal your own wounds, you would also want the wounds of others to heal. It is also stated in the Buddhist literature that Karuna must be accompanied by parjna or wisdom in order to have the right effect.

Karuna is the motivating quality of all enlightened beings who are working to end suffering on Earth. They continually send an unlimited amount of healing energy and guidance to us, but not all are receptive to it. As you develop Karuna in yourself, not only are you helping others, but you also become more receptive to the Karuna that is being sent by all enlightened beings. Thus your healing is quickened as well.

Karuna Reiki® opens you to work more closely with all enlightened beings. This includes those enlightened ones who are physically present as well as those in spirit.
