Here are some great articles on Vibrational Medicine:

The Healing Power of Drums

For centuries, drumming has been a central part of indigenous cultures worldwide. Drumming has been commonplace at wedding ceremonies, births, deaths, harvests and rites of passage. It is used by peoples to connect to the Earth and to one another. As a universal, vibrational language, the drumbeat communes with the Earth and all her creatures. In recent years, major articles describing the healing effects of this ancient practice have appeared in newspapers and magazines such as The New York Times, Yoga Journal, The Wall Street Journal and Newsweek.

Drumming is now being used successfully in programs to aid Alzheimer's patients, autistic children, and emotionally disturbed teens as well as by large corporations to help employees focus attention and improve the spirit. Medical researchers now testify to the stress reducing effects of this ancient art. According to current medical research, stress either causes or exacerbates 98% of all disease. The brain's fundamental need for rhythm has long been known in the field of music therapy. Studies indicate that drumming for brief periods can actually change a person's brainwave patterns, dramatically reducing stress.

The drum is an easily accessible tool for reconnecting with our deeper selves. Our hands connect with a drum that vibrates with our energy and vitality. In turn this calms us, centers us, and reconnects us with ourselves as well as with the world around us. Drumming is one of the oldest healing rituals known to man. Drumming the HEART BEAT RHYTHM can be done with little or no previous musical background or training. This is an experience accessible to all people. The ability to drum is alive in all of us.

Healing Ourselves With Vibrational Medicine

Simple ways to balance your body and mind

In our world of ever-increasing technological capabilities and the stress that they can impart upon our bodies, as well as the stress of every day life, more people are continuing to return to nature for ways of healing. Some wonderful forms of healing from nature form part of what is known as ‘vibrational medicine’.

According to Dr. Richard Gerber, vibrational medicine is “an evolving viewpoint of health and illness that takes into account the many forms and frequencies of vibrating energy (like atoms) that contribute to the multi-dimensional human energy system,”. Vibrational medicine is used to describe a variety of living remedies, and is based on the principle of healing using the living energy within something, such as crystals, plants, sunlight and food. Acupuncture, homeopathy, and sound therapy are also forms of vibrational medicine. Other forms are centred around the use of crystals. Crystals have an extremely high vibration that is condensed in the form of a rock. When placing a crystal on the body, the geometric and highly synchronized vibrations begin to merge with the bio-energetic field of the person and create a healing effect. This healing effect can liberate and transform lower energy patterns like guilt, fear and resentment.

While some dismiss this form of vibrational medicine, it is important to note that crystals are used in computers, radios, watches, fiber-optic technology, lasers and credit cards. The ability for crystals to store and transmit information is incredible.   To continue click here
